Cyprus was the perfect backdrop for our international event, sitting at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, where ancient history meets modern culture. Paphos, the historic capital of ancient Cyprus and a UNESCO World Heritage site, is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty.
Before the event kicked off, our guests had the chance to enjoy a jeep tour, exploring some of Cyprus's hidden gems. They ventured through the stunning Akamas nature reserve and visited Lara Bay, along with charming villages and a picturesque gorge featuring incredible geological formations.
Later that day, everyone gathered to pick up their name badges and enjoy dinner on the beautiful Akamas Terrace. See photos.
The official event kicked off with personalised 1-2-1 meetings using our custom software. Since the system is ‘live,’ delegates could easily schedule new meetings on the spot if something changed, making the most of their time and ensuring they connected with as many companies as possible. We also held our Annual Awards! The Head Office empowered its members by giving them the opportunity to nominate their peers across six categories. This initiative allowed members to spotlight the most exceptional companies and individuals within the network. See photos.

After lunch, we waved goodbye to the meeting room and embraced the sunny Cyprus weather with a fantastic team-building session on the hotel lawn! The fun-filled activity was all about strengthening our connections through games and challenges designed to encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. It wasn’t just about winning (though some teams certainly brought their A-game!), it was about the camaraderie and shared memories that we created together as one global family. See photos.
In the evening, we reunited for a Cyprus-themed celebration, complete with delicious national food and music. See photos.
The next day was packed with more engaging 1-2-1 meetings. These sessions are a great chance for members to share insights and discuss both current and upcoming projects in the manufacturing, oil and gas, infrastructure, construction, power, and energy sectors.
